Someone recently deleted a lot of files by accident - the same day they were created so they had to be recovered from the trash. I used 2 different programs to do that - GetDataBack and Ontrack. All files were corrupt - Excel Recovery Tool 2.0 was only able to recover 1 out of 75 files - very disappointing.
sadly, it does nothing for corrupted formatting so I ended up saving the file as comma delimited text then creating an entirely new spreadsheet from it to reduce the file size from 15263kb to 57kb

 Hoi.I did try the tool but it did not work well. Later i try to repair the usb stick with checkdisk and i created a new volume. The info on it was lost, but that was no problem to me. This is not worth the HD space waisted. All it did was find the entries but you need to buy the product to see if it actually fixes your errors.
